McCutcheon Creek in Jerry Erwin Park, Spring Hill, TN

January 21, 2006

On January 21, 2006, volunteers came out to Jerry Erwin Park in Spring Hill to help with a reforestation project on McCutcheon Creek.

Their hard work and positive attitude helped put 114 trees in the ground! We planted 14 cedar trees, 25 silky dogwoods, 25 black willows, 25 sycamores, and 25 cottonwoods along the riparian zone of the creek. Their dedication is a huge stepping stone to restoring the streamside vegetation and improving the quality of the creek.

Thank you so much to Marshall Spencer, Nancy Alder, Sandra and Benji Johnson, Helen Stewart, Patty Shultz, Jennifer, Jesse, and Selah Stewart-Wright, Ned Lea, and Earl Irwin.
