Design is subject to change upon approval of (DMV) Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV requires 1000 plates to be pre-sold before they start the manufacturing process. You will be notified by DMV when the your plate is ready for pick-up, but it could be late 2012 before they are ready since 1000 have to be pre-sold first.   Proceeds go towards protecting the State Scenic Harpeth River and clean water in TN.
