PROTECT SCENIC Harpeth River Valley:
Monday, March 10, 7pm, Williamson County Commission, PUBLIC HEARINGS! We need your presence!
HRWA has been working with landowners and county commissioners who live along Old Hillsboro Road and Del Rio Pike to fix the zoning so that is matches the Land Use Plan. The Plan's priority is to protect the RURAL CHARACTER of key areas like this one in Williamson County, but the zoning in some areas is 1 unit/acre NOT 1 unit/5 acres as recommended. This is why the Hillsboro Cove subdivision of 20, one acre lots in the heart of Forest Home and the history Old Natchez Trace has happened.
Come out Monday to support the property owners who are voluntarily fixing their zoning. The Planning Commission and county staff support this.
Contact Dorie Bolze, Executive Director, for HRWA's comments and maps if you want more information. email@example.com, 615-479-0181.
